1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Quickinbox ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

Quickinbox provides a software-as-a-service platform that allows users to manage and send bulk email communications to their opted-in subscribers. The service integrates with Amazon Web Services (AWS) Simple Email Service (SES).

3. Strict Anti-Spam Policy

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against spam. AWS SES requires absolute adherence to email deliverability best practices. By using Quickinbox, you explicitly agree to the following:

4. Bounces and Complaints

Quickinbox monitors sending metrics including hard bounces and spam complaints to protect the integrity of the network. If your sending activity generates an unacceptable rate of bounces (generally >5%) or complaints (generally >0.1%), we reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your account to protect our infrastructure.

5. Account Usage and Limits

Accounts are subject to daily sending limits (e.g., 1,000 emails per day) to prevent abuse and manage infrastructure costs. You agree not to attempt to circumvent these limits.

6. Limitation of Liability

Quickinbox is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to the loss of data or email deliverability issues.
